4 - Availability
Our product offers are made in unlimited quantities since our products can be created on demand if we do not have them in stock.
5 - Delivery
Our items are generally delivered by post in Compensated Colissimo. Packages are shipped to the address indicated within 3 to 10 working days depending on the stock for mainland France. For international deliveries, the delivery time may correspond from 3 to 15 working days depending on the stock. Delivery times may also vary in case of delivery difficulties. Working days do not include weekends and public holidays. The sender reserves the right to use any other means of delivery within the deadlines and costs provided for.
5.1 - The Colissimo Suivi service provides a 48-hour delivery time, excluding weekends and public holidays, and offers the possibility to collect the ordered products at your post office near the delivery address in case of absence during the presentation by the postman. If you are absent on the day of delivery, the postman will deliver a notice of passage to your mailbox, which will allow you to pick up your package at your post office within 15 days.
5.2 - It is the responsibility of the recipient to check shipments upon arrival and to make any reservations and claims that may be justified, or even to refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious signs of damage.
5.3 - It is possible, as with any shipment, that there may be a delay in delivery or that the package may be lost. 5.4 - Larfeuille Paris reminds that it is the Customer's responsibility to inspect his package upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person and to immediately notify the carrier and Larfeuille Paris of any anomaly noted (impact, damaged package, delivery date not in accordance with the normal delivery times of the delivery service). In the event that such mentions have not been made on the delivery slip presented to the Customer by the carrier, no claim concerning the condition of the package(s) can be accepted subsequently by Larfeuille Paris.
6 - Payment
