Delivery and Returns

Product shipments are carried out via UPS or Colissimo with carbon offsetting.

According to regulations, some countries (such as England, Thailand, or the Philippines) may impose taxes or customs fees on imports/exports, which you may need to settle upon the arrival of the package.

We recommend that you inquire with the relevant authorities if this applies to your situation.

Personalized products are neither returned nor exchanged.

Returns for refunds must be made within one week of receipt, and the product must not have been worn or used.

Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of ordering within one week following receipt of the return and after verification of the product's condition.

Any stained or damaged product will not be accepted for return or refund.
